PLEASE NOTE: No inspections can happen on day of pet drop off. Please ensure any inspections required must be booked well in advance of the booking date.
All bookings require a 50% deposit paid within fourteen days from the date the booking is made. If the deposit is not received in this time the booking will be automatically cancelled.
We are happy to pay a full refund if notified fourteen days before day of booking.
No full refunds given during peak periods.
